Terms of use

PollsAndForms is a poll and form builder for gathering directional opinions — it is not a scientific survey instrument, and results should be read as informal internet sentiment, not statistically representative research.

Acceptable use

Don't use PollsAndForms to collect, publish, or solicit content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or that impersonates someone else. Reported content is reviewed and may be hidden or removed by moderators without notice.

Your content

You own the polls and forms you create. By publishing a poll or form publicly, you allow other visitors to view it and submit responses, subject to the visibility and results settings you choose.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. See the source code for exactly how it works.
